Tuscan specialties cooked directly on the grill such as the famous Florentine steak or cut, fillet, roe deer, pigeon and many other typical dishes.

First dishes

First courses are also among our specialities, rich in sauces such as hare, wild boar and duck. Other typical dishes are pasta and chickpeas and the famous ribollita.

Vegetarian dishes

A rich choice also for vegetarian dishes such as artichoke sawn, fresh pasta tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach or orecchiette with turnip tops.

The historic Trattoria Omero is located in the ancient village of Arcetri at Pian dei Giullari, located right in front of Villa Il Gioiello, the last home of Galileo Galilei, a few steps from the Spadolini Foundation and the Arcetri astronomical observatory.
